CT Real Estate Trust is an unincorporated, closed end real estate investment trust formed to own income producing commercial properties primarily located in Netherlands. Its portfolio is comprised of over 350 properties totaling approximately 27 million square feet of GLA, consisting primarily of retail properties located across Netherlands. Associated with these properties are parking lots, roofs and external infrastructure, which needs to be maintained on an ongoing basis. GeoConsults Engineering provides turnkey project management services for the rehabilitation or reconstruction of the exposed outside infrastructure on the properties managed by CT in Netherlands. GeoConsults services include engineering reviews and geotechnical investigation, preparation of engineering reports, cost estimates, bid documents preparation, undertaking the bidding process, compilation of all the bids and undertaking analysis, providing recommendations and managing the construction activities in the field that include coordinating the schedule and stages on the project as required. At the end of the project, GeoConsults also provides contractor payment certification services for our clients.
